The Other Half of the Team
Behind every great spud is a great team — and Maisie is exactly that. Working side by side with Gill in the kitchen, she keeps things running with a calm head and a work ethic that'd put most to shame.
And yes — Tuna Maisie Naise is named after her. Tuna mayo, melted cheddar, spring onion — simple, fresh, and exactly the kind of thing Maisie does best. If you haven't tried it, that's your next order sorted.
The Signature Dish
A generous jacket potato, fluffy on the inside with that satisfying crisp skin, loaded with Gill's own rich, slow-cooked chilli con carne. Finished with free crispy onions and grated cheese — this is the one that started it all, and the one people drive out of their way for.
